Crux in partnership with Tata Institute of Social Sciences - School of Vocational Education is amongst the largest consulting and skill development organization.



We engage with several Government and international organizations including ILO, UNICEF, UID, Postal department, Ministry of Forest, Labor, Home, Finance, Defense etc. We have been working with leading Global Clients like Google, Accenture, Yahoo, HSBC, CITI, HDFC Bank, Genpact, Kotak bank, Axis bank, Aircel, SBI, RBI, PFRDA, SBH, Idea cellular, Airtel, Apollo, Reliance Capital etc, as well as the Tata and the Birla groups.



We also believe that the key to our progress lies in our ability to educate, train and enhance job opportunity to the youth of this country. Over the last few years we have trained over 250,000 people for vocational skills.



Our JV with Academy of Learning (Canada based and amongst the largest training & development company) supports and enhances our capabilities in the Vocational Education and learning & development area.



Our Learning Platform in partnership with TISS supports our capabilities and enhances our competencies to offer industry focused, B.Voc courses and employability skills.



Crux has been awarded the UK India and FICCI Skills Forum Awards, the Golden Peacock Award as well as the eINDIA Awards.



Crux takes a consultative approach to the learning & Development engagements with a goal to bring in a ‘sustainable development' in all its training programs.

We implement vocational education and skills training in the following ways:

through central, regional, or local government institutions taught by experienced and domain experts providing a nationally recognized accreditation;

Vocational education and training includes a mix of practice and theory taught using a practical, hands-on approach, whereby trainees are taught in a work environment enabling them to put into practice the skills learnt

The range of vocational skills offer is relevant to the local labor market to ensure that trainees have access to employment or self-employment upon graduation.

Trainees are introduced to a range of skills areas to assess which are best suited to their capacities, interests, needs, and expectations.

Vocational education and delivery is flexible and implemented through a variety of approaches that accommodate the situation of each trainee

Crux has partnered with TISS, IIBF, NABARD, NCVIT to offer vocational training and vocational education for job enhancing opportunity.

Crux also supports the Prime ministers initiative towards skill development through the PMKVY scheme.
